City of Warrensburg 2014 Sidewalk Program

The City of Warrensburg is accepting applications until March 3, 2014, for the Sidewalk Program.

The property owner is assessed $1.50 per square foot of sidewalk replaced.  The City of Warrenssburg will pay the balance of the cost.

Projects are evaluated based upon need, benefit to the street system and available funds.  Payments are due in advance for sidewalk projects which are approved.  Final adjustments in billing are based upon actual quantities replaced.

Application forms are available online on the Public Works page at www.warrensburg-mo.com/departments/public-works-3/.  Completed forms can be scanned and emailed to peggyh@warrensburg-mo.com or mailed to the City of Warrensburg, Sidewalk Program, 102 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, MO  64093.
