Beginning Monday, March 10th, street crews will commence crack filling operations on Maguire Street. This process has been proven over the past years in Warrensburg to reduce potholes and extend the life of asphalt streets. The process requires that the pavement still be cold so that existing cracks are open and can be successfully sealed to reduce further infiltration of moisture.
Work will commence on the north end of the Warrensburg city limits and continue south on Maguire Street. During the work, traffic will be reduced to one lane and drivers are cautioned to expect delays.
This project will occur over the next few weeks as street crews work to preserve the longevity of the road.
