The Emergency Snow Routes Phase II that began at 1:00 am this morning, February 7th, in response to the winter weather has been canceled.
The City of Warrensburg extends our thanks to the public for your patience and cooperation in keeping the streets free of parked cars so that street crews could perform the necessary de-icing and plowing in the interest of public safety.
In the interest of ongoing public safety, please shovel sidewalks for students, residents who must walk rather than drive, individuals with motorized mobility devices, and store patrons. Walking on icy and snowy streets poses a great danger to pedestrians as well as drivers.
Please continue to check the City’s website at www.warrensburg-mo.com, Facebook page at www.facebook.com/CityOfWarrensburg, the City’s Twitter account @CityWarrensburg and the Warrensburg Fire Department’s Twitter account @WBG_FIRE_OEM for more winter updates as they become available.
